Rules & Bye-Laws
Killeen Castle Estate is private property. Limited access to designated walking routes may be permitted at the discretion of management and is strictly subject to compliance with the following:
Private Estate – Controlled Access
This is a Private Estate
Access is permitted at the discretion of management and may be withdrawn if necessary
Stay Within Permitted Areas
Walkers must remain on designated walking routes only
Please do not enter restricted or operational areas
Residential Areas – Strictly Private
All residential zones are strictly out of bounds
No walking, loitering or parking permitted
Please respect the privacy and security of residents at all times
Golf Course & Paths – No Access
The golf course and all associated paths are strictly reserved for golfers only
No access permitted for walkers, cyclists, residents or visitors
These are not walking routes under any circumstances
Dogs – Not Permitted
Dog walking is strictly prohibited for non-residents on the Estate
No exceptions apply
Parking
Use designated parking areas only
Do not park in residential areas or restricted zones
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk
Cycling & Vehicles
No motorised vehicles permitted
Cycling is allowed only where appropriate
Cyclists must ride safely and courteously
Safety
Wear high-visibility clothing in low light
Be aware of traffic, estate activity and changing conditions
Restricted & Operational Areas
No access to construction, maintenance or service areas
Use of Estate
All activity is undertaken at your own risk
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate removal and loss of access
